a delicious Indian Chocolate Almond Truffle
Ingredients:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 almond flour
- vanilla extract
- Chopped roasted almond and coconut
Instructions:
- Cook the conference milk and butter over low heat until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan ( about 7 minutes ).
- Add the cocoa powder and almond flour and stir to a smooth texture.
- Let it cool down.
- Roll the balls and dip them in the chopped nuts or coconut (-:
