Quick and easy bread.
Soft as a cloud with a crunchy bottom.
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of flour
- 2 tablespoons of dry yeast
- 4.5 cups of warm water
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons of salt
- 50 ml of olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius / 440 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix all the ingredients, wrap in cling film, and let rise for about an hour.
- The dough is very liquid and doubles in volume.
- Lightly flour baking paper.
- Fill a soup ladle with the dough and pour the bread onto the baking paper (keep a space between each other)
- Sprinkle on top: sesame, poppy seeds, za’atar or flour.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
