Mango Crepe Roll

Mango Crepe Roll

Thin crepes rolled up stuffed with a sweet whipped cream and chopped mango filling.

Cover it with a chocolate – orange melting chocolate- and you will have everything you need!

Ingredients:

Crepes:

  • 16 g unsalted butter melted
  • 25 g granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 240 ml milk
  • 82 g cake flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Filling:
  • 220 ml heavy cream
  • 20 g granulated sugar
  • Fresh mango cubes
  •  Chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, flour, and vanilla extract until well combined. 
  2. Sift the mixture
  3. Pour a cup of batter into a nonstick pan and gently move it around to spread the batter evenly. 
  4. Cook until a spatula makes it easy to peel the crepe from the edges. 
  5. Let the crepes cool down.
  6. Mix heavy cream and sugar.
  7. Use a mixer to beat until stiff peaks form. 
  8. Place three crepes on a baking mat; spread a layer of whipped cream and fresh mango cubes on the crepe. 
  9. Fold in the edges and roll it up into a crepe roll. 
  10. Pour melted chocolate on top.
  11. Let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool.
