Thin crepes rolled up stuffed with a sweet whipped cream and chopped mango filling.
Cover it with a chocolate – orange melting chocolate- and you will have everything you need!
Ingredients:
Crepes:
- 16 g unsalted butter melted
- 25 g granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 240 ml milk
- 82 g cake flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Filling:
- 220 ml heavy cream
- 20 g granulated sugar
- Fresh mango cubes
- Chocolate
Instructions:
- Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, flour, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Sift the mixture
- Pour a cup of batter into a nonstick pan and gently move it around to spread the batter evenly.
- Cook until a spatula makes it easy to peel the crepe from the edges.
- Let the crepes cool down.
- Mix heavy cream and sugar.
- Use a mixer to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Place three crepes on a baking mat; spread a layer of whipped cream and fresh mango cubes on the crepe.
- Fold in the edges and roll it up into a crepe roll.
- Pour melted chocolate on top.
- Let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool.
