These sesame crunchy cookies will make it very hard to resist…
Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup of oil
- ⅛ teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 170 degrees on turbo mode.
- Toast the sesame in a pan over medium heat until golden.
- Spread the sesame on a plate and cool completely.
- Mix egg whites and powdered sugar in a bowl until the powdered sugar melts.
- Add almond flour, oil, salt, and toasted sesame and mix them uniformly.
- Leave for about 15 minutes.
- Make mounds of cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in 3-4 cm spaces.
- Moisten the surface of the cookies a little while lightly crushing.
- Line the bottom of a measuring cup with plastic wrap and crush the cookie until it forms a thin disk.
