These buttery Sprinkle Cookies are extra crispy and loaded with colourful sprinkles.
One big bowl and a few essential ingredients, and you have the perfect cookie next to your next cup of coffee.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup oil or 225 gr. of softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs L
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sprinkles
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180C.
- 2. whisk together oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt – Mix until a dough forms.
- 4. Add sprinkles to the dough and form it into two logs on a baking sheet.
- 5. Slice each log for cookies based on your preferred thickness. (Thinner cookies will be crispier)
- 6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until you see the cookies turning golden.
- 7. Allow the cookies to cool down before serving.
