I love pistachios in every way or shape !!
Ingredients:
- 475 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon of raw pistachio spread
- 2 tablespoons pistachio liqueur
- 200 ml of condensed milk
- 3-4 tablespoons of crushed salted pistachio
- Sprinkle on top: crushed salted pistachio and pistachio spread
Instructions:
- Whip cream until soft
- Add all other ingredients.
- Transfer to an ice cream machine for 25 minutes.
- It is essential to taste it and adjust the flavours to your liking during the preparation. This will help ensure that the final product meets your preferences.
- When the ice cream is ready, transfer it to a dish and sprinkle it with pistachio spread and crumbs.
