Strawberries Vanilla Rolada

Ingredients:

For the cake:

  • 4 eggs (L)

  • 100 grams of flour

  • 100 grams of sugar

  • 5 grams of baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Half a teaspoon of vinegar

  • 30 grams of oil

  • For whipped cream:

  • 300 ml cream 38%

  • 250 ml of milk

  • 80 grams of instant vanilla pudding

  • Topping according to taste – melted chocolate, lotus spread, whipped cream.

Instructions:

  • 1. In the bowl of the mixer, mix egg whites, sugar, vinegar and salt and whip until stiff.

  • Then, combine all the other ingredients (including the egg yolks)

  • 2. Pour the batter into a pan lined with baking paper and spray with oil spray.

  • 3. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven heated to 170

  • 4. Carefully transfer the cake onto a kitchen towel, peel off the baking paper, roll in the towel and cool.

  • 5. Let’s go to the whipped cream – put all the ingredients in the mixer bowl and whip it into a firm whipped cream.

  • 6. open the towel and spread the whipped cream when the cake has cooled.

  • 7. Sprinkle toppings – chocolate chips, strawberries, jam, pineapple or whatever you like.

  • 8. Topping according to taste – melted chocolate, lotus spread, whipped cream.

    After settling, enjoy the perfect bite!
