Chocolate Banana Meringue Cake

For all our chocolate lovers, here is a winning recipe: a delicious, impressive, and fast cake, especially for you!

Ingredients:

For 20-22 diameter tart:

the base:

  • 150 gr of biscuits
  • 100 gr of melted butter
  • For creams:
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 400 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate pudding

For coating:

  • Meringue
  • Melted 50 gr chocolate + 1 teaspoon of oil
  • salted caramel chip
  • Banana

Instructions::

  • 1. Grind the biscuits and add melted butter.
  • 2. Mix the cream ingredients and then arrange the mixture in a mould.
  • 3. Place the bananas on the cake basis.
  • 4. Whip cream cheese and pudding to a firm cream and spread on the base.
  • 5. Put the Meringue on top.
  • 6. Melt the chocolate with the oil for about 30 seconds, and decorate the Meringue.
  • 6. Sprinkle salted caramel chips on top.
