Ingredients:
For 20-22 diameter tart:
the base:
- 150 gr of biscuits
- 100 gr of melted butter
- For creams:
- 100 grams of cream cheese
- 400 ml cream
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate pudding
For coating:
- Meringue
- Melted 50 gr chocolate + 1 teaspoon of oil
- salted caramel chip
- Banana
Instructions::
- 1. Grind the biscuits and add melted butter.
- 2. Mix the cream ingredients and then arrange the mixture in a mould.
- 3. Place the bananas on the cake basis.
- 4. Whip cream cheese and pudding to a firm cream and spread on the base.
- 5. Put the Meringue on top.
- 6. Melt the chocolate with the oil for about 30 seconds, and decorate the Meringue.
- 6. Sprinkle salted caramel chips on top.
