Create an impressive and delicious cake with just fifteen minutes of work.
Ingredients:
22/24 diameter tart:
For the base:
- 150 gr of biscuits
- 120 gr of melted butter
- For creams:
- 100 gr of mascarpone/cream cheese
- 400 ml cream
- 3 tablespoons of vanilla pudding
- A spoonful of Dolce La Leche
- For chocolate coating:
- 200 gr of white chocolate
- 100 ml cream
Instructions:
- 1. Grind the biscuits and add melted butter.
- 2. Mix the ingredients and then arrange the mixture in a mould.
- 3. Put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Whip mascarpone\cream cheese, and pudding together to a firm cream.
- 5. Divide the cream into 2, add a spoonful of Dolce La Leche, and mix.
- 6. Transfer the 2 creams to piping bags with a wide opening.
- 7. Drizzle circles around each flavour and repeat.
- 8. Melt the chocolate with the cream for about a minute and a half.
- 9. Pour over the cream.
