Dolce La Leche Tart

Create an impressive and delicious cake with just fifteen minutes of work.

Ingredients:

22/24 diameter tart:

For the base:

  • 150 gr of biscuits
  • 120 gr of melted butter
  • For creams:
  • 100 gr of mascarpone/cream cheese
  • 400 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla pudding
  • A spoonful of Dolce La Leche 
  • For chocolate coating:
  • 200 gr of white chocolate
  • 100 ml cream

Instructions:

  • 1. Grind the biscuits and add melted butter.
  • 2. Mix the ingredients and then arrange the mixture in a mould.
  • 3. Put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Whip mascarpone\cream cheese, and pudding together to a firm cream.
  • 5. Divide the cream into 2, add a spoonful of  Dolce La Leche, and mix.
  • 6. Transfer the 2 creams to piping bags with a wide opening.
  • 7. Drizzle circles around each flavour and repeat.
  • 8. Melt the chocolate with the cream for about a minute and a half.
  • 9. Pour over the cream.
