Ingredients:
For the cake:
- 4 eggs
- 200 grams of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 200 ml of oil
- 280 grams of flour
- 10 grams of baking powder
- 1 cup of orange juice
- Any liqueur mixed with 2 tablespoons of milk
For the cream:
- 250 sweet whipping cream 38%
- 250 milk
- 80 gr vanilla pudding
- Strawberries (squares and slices for decoration)
- sliced banana
- Strawberry jam.
- Melted chocolate for decoration.
Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a mold.
- Prepare the base: beat eggs with a pinch of salt and gradually add the sugar until a stable foam is obtained. Add the oil in a slow stream while whisking.
- Add flour and baking powder to the mixture, alternately with the orange juice.
- Pour into a pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out dry with moist crumbs. Cool well.
- Prepare the cream: whip all the cream ingredients.
- Assemble the cake: slice the cake into 3 layers. Dip in liqueur.
- Spread strawberry jam.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries around the ring.
- Spread cream, arrange chopped strawberries and bananas, place the second layer, etc.
- When the assembly is finished – pour melted chocolate on the edges and decorate with strawberries.
