Coffee Tahini Honey Ice Cream

If you want to make some delicious ice cream with unique flavours, I have great news. It’s actually a straightforward and hassle-free process.

 Let me show you how!

Ingredients:

  • 475 ml cream
  • 4-5 tablespoons raw tahini
  • 3 tablespoons liquid honey 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 200 ml of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sprinkle on top: Halva crumbs and raw tahini

Instructions:

  1. Whip cream until soft
  2. Add a pinch of salt, vanilla, tahini, honey, condensed milk and coffee.
  3. Whip for a few seconds.
  4. Transfer to an ice cream machine for 25 minutes.
  5. It is essential to taste it and adjust the flavours to your liking during the preparation. This will help ensure that the final product meets your preferences.
  6. When the ice cream is ready, transfer it to a dish, sprinkle it with tahini, and sprinkle pieces of halva on top.
