Ingredients:
- 475 ml cream
- 4-5 tablespoons raw tahini
- 3 tablespoons liquid honey 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 200 ml of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
- Pinch of salt
- Sprinkle on top: Halva crumbs and raw tahini
Instructions:
- Whip cream until soft
- Add a pinch of salt, vanilla, tahini, honey, condensed milk and coffee.
- Whip for a few seconds.
- Transfer to an ice cream machine for 25 minutes.
