Honey Nut Clusters

Whip up some Homemade Honey Nut Clusters by mixing nuts, seeds, and spices with a drizzle of honey.

It’s the perfect guilt-free snack to have on hand whenever cravings hit. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame
  • 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Add some cinnamon, chia, sunflower, or other nuts or seeds.

For dipping:

  • Dark chocolate 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make circles with a spoon on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes (until the edges start to turn golden).
  2. Optional: Dip the saucers in dark chocolate melted in the microwave with a spoonful of oil.
  3. Place on baking paper until the chocolate hardens.
