Whip up some Homemade Honey Nut Clusters by mixing nuts, seeds, and spices with a drizzle of honey.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons of sesame
- 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Add some cinnamon, chia, sunflower, or other nuts or seeds.
For dipping:
- Dark chocolate
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients and make circles with a spoon on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes (until the edges start to turn golden).
- Optional: Dip the saucers in dark chocolate melted in the microwave with a spoonful of oil.
- Place on baking paper until the chocolate hardens.
