Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 350 grams of white flour (2.5 cups)
- 200 grams of cold butter cut into cubes
- Pinch of salt
- 25 grams of powdered sugar (2.5 flat tablespoons)
- A flat teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 2-3 tablespoons of milk ( if needed )
For the filling:
- Nutella, Kinder Chocolate
Instructions:
- Mix everything except the egg yolks and milk in a food processor until you get crumbs.
- Add egg yolks and continue to mix until you have a dough. If necessary, add 2-3 tablespoons of milk.
- Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2, and roll each piece into a rectangle on floured baking paper.
- Spread Nutella and arrange the Kinder fingers close to the edge of the long rectangle.
- Roll the roulade with the baking paper and turn on the oven to 170 degrees.
- Using a sharp knife, mark the cookies and then refrigerate for half an hour.
- Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Cool, sprinkle powdered sugar.
