Kinder Bueno Nutella rolls

Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 350 grams of white flour (2.5 cups)
  • 200 grams of cold butter cut into cubes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 25 grams of powdered sugar (2.5 flat tablespoons)
  • A flat teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2-3 tablespoons of milk ( if needed )

For the filling:

  • Nutella, Kinder Chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything except the egg yolks and milk in a food processor until you get crumbs.
  2. Add egg yolks and continue to mix until you have a dough. If necessary, add 2-3 tablespoons of milk.
  3.  Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 2, and roll each piece into a rectangle on floured baking paper.
  5. Spread Nutella and arrange the Kinder fingers close to the edge of the long rectangle.
  6. Roll the roulade with the baking paper and turn on the oven to 170 degrees.
  7. Using a sharp knife, mark the cookies and then refrigerate for half an hour.
  8. Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes or until slightly golden.
  9. Cool, sprinkle powdered sugar.
