Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 cup of sesame seeds \ peanuts \ sliced almonds\ sunflower seeds, or any other seeds or nuts.
Instructions:
- Put the sugar and salt in a small pan over medium heat.
- There is no need to stir; just stir the pan occasionally until the sugar turns into a golden caramel.
- Add the butter and stir.
- Mix your seeds or nuts with a spoon until they are well mixed.
- As the caramel cools rapidly, quickly place a teaspoonful of your mixture into a silicone mould.
- Remove your snacks from the silicone mould After allowing it to cool for approximately 15 minutes.
- Melt some chocolate and fill a 1/3 teaspoon in each silicon mould space, then dip your snack in the mould.
- Allow them to cool down and be taken out.
- Store in a jar.
