Ingredients:
- 9-INCH cheesecake crust:
- about 1.5 cups of biscuits
- 50 gr melted butter
- optional – cinnamon
- Cheesecake filling:
- 2 blocks of cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1.5 cup sour cream, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cheesecake cover:
- 100 grams of white chocolate.
- Oreo’s
- Use room temperature ingredients for your filling cheesecake.
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
- Grease the ring with butter.
Crust:
- Crush your biscuits and stir them together with melted butter and cinnamon.
- Pour into the bottom of a pan using a flat-bottomed glass.
- Bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, until it turns lightly brown.
- Let the crust cool while making the filling.
Cheesecake Filling:
- Beat the cream cheese on low speed until creamy.
- Add the sugar and beat for 1 minute, then add the sour cream and vanilla until combined.
- Slowly add the eggs until they are all incorporated into the cheesecake filling.
- Pour the filling into the pan over the cooled crust.
- Boil 4 cups of water and pour it into a pan, filling it halfway up the side of the cheesecake pan.
- Bake for about 50 minutes until the top of the cheesecake looks set but not browned.
- Turn the oven off and allow the cheesecake to sit in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Melt the chocolate for 30 seconds in the microwave.
- Pour it on top of your cake.
- Decorate with Oreo’s \ mini Oreo’s and Oreo’s crumbs.
