Banana Chocolate Mousse Cake

This recipe is speedy and easy, taking only 10 minutes from start to finish, including clean-up!

Ingredients:

For the base:

  • 2 “It has a smooth texture and a rich chocolate flavour, similar to that of a creamy chocolate mousse.” cups crushed biscuits 
  • 65 g unsalted butter, melted
  • Chocolate Mousse :
  •  220 ml heavy milk \ whipping cream
  •  220 ml milk
  •  80 gr of chocolate instant pudding
  •  2 large bananas – sliced

For decoration:

  • chocolate-covered popped quinoa

Instructions:

For base:

  1. Mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter, then transfer the mixture to a pan and, using a glass, compress it into an even layer. 

For the Filling:

  1. Mix the whipping cream, milk, and instant pudding in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Place your sliced bananas on top of the crushed biscuit layer to create the next layer.
  3. Pour the chocolate filling and smooth it with a spatula.
  4. Decorate with chocolate-covered popped quinoa.
