This recipe is speedy and easy, taking only 10 minutes from start to finish, including clean-up!
Ingredients:
For the base:
- 2 “It has a smooth texture and a rich chocolate flavour, similar to that of a creamy chocolate mousse.” cups crushed biscuits
- 65 g unsalted butter, melted
- Chocolate Mousse :
- 220 ml heavy milk \ whipping cream
- 220 ml milk
- 80 gr of chocolate instant pudding
- 2 large bananas – sliced
For decoration:
- chocolate-covered popped quinoa
Instructions:
For base:
- Mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter, then transfer the mixture to a pan and, using a glass, compress it into an even layer.
For the Filling:
- Mix the whipping cream, milk, and instant pudding in a large bowl until smooth.
- Place your sliced bananas on top of the crushed biscuit layer to create the next layer.
- Pour the chocolate filling and smooth it with a spatula.
- Decorate with chocolate-covered popped quinoa.
