Whether you’re a kid or a grown-up, you won’t be able to resist this fantastic ice cream cake.
It’s sweet, crunchy, and packed with Oreo flakes, hitting all the right buttons!
Ingredients:
- 16-20 crushed Oreo cookies + 4-5 broken cookies to the ice cream
- 40 gr melted butter
- 475 ml cream
- Pinch of salt
- 1\2 can of condensed milk
- 1.5 tbsp of your favourite alcohol ( I used St Remy brandy )
- Sprinkle on top: 4 crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate syrup.
Instructions:
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and chop them into coarse crumbs.
- Combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the crust into your springform cake pan using a glass.
Set it aside.
Whip cream, salt and condensed milk until soft
Whip for a few seconds. - Transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and churn for 25 minutes.
- After 10-12 minutes, place 4-5 cookies in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- Add the crushed cookies to the ice cream \ whipped cream mixture.
Once the ice cream is ready, transfer it to a dish. - Add a generous drizzle of Hershey’s chocolate syrup just before serving!
