Amazing crispy and fluffy bread that is easy to make and wonderful to eat.
Ingredients:
- 385 gr of wholemeal flour
- 340 ml of water at room temperature
- 5 gr of dry yeast
- 9 gr of sugar
- 9 gr of salt
- 1 cup of seed mixture (sesame, flax, poppy, fennel, sunflower seeds or anything else)
- Quaker + olive oil

Instructions:
- Fill a large bowl with water.
- Mix in the yeast.
- Add the flour (it is advisable to filter to ensure no lumps in the flour) to the bowl.
- Put everything together into a sticky dough, cover with plastic wrap and wait 30 minutes.
- Add salt, sugar and seeds.
- Mix well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and wait about two hours or until it rises nicely.
Shape the dough into a loaf that fits the rectangular pan.
Wait an additional hour. - Hey there! Just brush gently with olive oil and sprinkle with a few Quaker flakes.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius / 356 degrees Fahrenheit for about half an hour or until golden.
