Let’s make a delicious galette with a sweet summer fruit filling! You don’t need special baking skills, precision, or tools—just a lot of motivation.
Ingredients:
- A package of puff pastry
- About 3 cups of fruit according to your taste (nectarine, plum, blueberry or any other fruit)
- 3 spoons of honey
- 200 grams of mascarpone cheese
- 1 tablespoon sifted flour
- 1 egg L
- 1/2 teaspoon fine vanilla
- Juice of a small lemon
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- A little sugar to sprinkle
- And as always, you can add vanilla ice cream to serve

Instructions:
- Put the lemon juice, zest, and a spoonful of honey in a medium bowl and mix well; add the fruits and mix.
- Mix the mascarpone, vanilla, flour, and 2 tablespoons of honey in a small bowl.
- Spread the mascarpone cheese mixture on our dough rectangle, leaving a margin of about 2.5 cm.
- Arrange the fruits on top of the mascarpone layer and fold the edges of the dough inward.
- Put the galette in the fridge for about 10 minutes, and in the meantime, heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Brush the edges of the folded dough with beaten egg, and you can decorate it with almonds, sugar crystals, sesame seeds, pistachios, poppy seeds, and more.
