Apple Puff Pastry Recipe: Quick and Easy

Check out this lovely puff pastry with apple slices! It’s so quick and easy to make. You’ll have a blast baking and enjoying these delightful pastries.

Ingredients:

  • Chilled puff pastry
  • 4-3 large peeled apples
  • Egg for spreading
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Slice the peeled apples 1 cm wide.
  3. Remember the following instructions:
  4. Make a hole in the circle’s center using a bottle cap or a sharp knife to remove the core and seeds. Dip each apple slice into a plate with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Cut the chilled puff pastry into strips that are 1 cm wide.
    Wrap strips on the apple slice (a circular motion from the outside through the hole of the apple) until covered.
  6. Place in a pan lined with baking paper.
  7. Transfer to the freezer for 10 minutes.
  8. Spread a beaten egg over it, and sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon.
  9. Bake until golden.
