A particularly fun morning pastry of puff pastry with a pampering filling of ricotta cheese cream with a sour combination of blueberries.
Ingredients:
- Butter-based puff pastry packaging
For the filling: - 250 g ricotta (can be replaced with another cheese for pastries)
- 4-5 tablespoons of sour cream
- 2 spoons of instant vanilla pudding powder
- 50 grams of powdered sugar
- A bag of vanilla or a teaspoon of extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- egg
- 1 teaspoon puree or vanilla extract
- A handful of fresh blueberries (or frozen)

Instructons:
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Prepare the stuffing – mix the stuffing ingredients + 3/4 beaten egg
Open the dough and divide it into equal squares. - Make cuts in the two corners of each square and move the two diagonals we made to the end of the other.
- Place the cheese in the center of the pastry and decorate with blueberries.
- Sprinkle sugar generously over the pastries and bake for 25-30 minutes until the pastries are golden and the sugar caramelizes.
- Chill and enjoy. 🙂
