Puff Pastry Cheeses with Blueberries

Puff Pastry Cheeses with Blueberries

A particularly fun morning pastry of puff pastry with a pampering filling of ricotta cheese cream with a sour combination of blueberries.

Ingredients:

  • Butter-based puff pastry packaging
    For the filling:
  • 250 g ricotta (can be replaced with another cheese for pastries)
  • 4-5 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 2 spoons of instant vanilla pudding powder
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • A bag of vanilla or a teaspoon of extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • egg
  • 1 teaspoon puree or vanilla extract
  • A handful of fresh blueberries (or frozen)

Instructons:

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Prepare the stuffing – mix the stuffing ingredients + 3/4 beaten egg
    Open the dough and divide it into equal squares.
  3. Make cuts in the two corners of each square and move the two diagonals we made to the end of the other.
  4. Place the cheese in the center of the pastry and decorate with blueberries.
  5. Sprinkle sugar generously over the pastries and bake for 25-30 minutes until the pastries are golden and the sugar caramelizes.
  6. Chill and enjoy. 🙂
