There is somthing so magical aboute the perfect combination of almonds, cinnamon, and coffee.
Ingredients:
- 1+1/4 cups (250 g) white sugar
- 4 eggs size L
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups (420 g) white flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A container (200 g) of sour cream
- For the cinnamon mixture:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp flour
- 150 g butter
- 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
- For the topping:
- Sliced almonds
- For the frosting:
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.
- Melt butter in the microwave. Mix the cinnamon mixture until smooth; set aside.
- In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar for 2-3 minutes until fluffy. Gradually add oil and vanilla.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine with the wet mixture and add sour cream until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan.
- Drizzle the cinnamon mixture on top. Swirl with a knife to create a marble effect, then sprinkle sliced almonds.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the cake cool slightly, then mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the cake and serve.
