White Chocolate – Pistachio Treat

Simple to make but tastes so good!

Ingredients:

  • 150g white chocolate
  • Dried rose leaves
  • Crashed salted pistachio
  • 1.5 tbsp of pistachio spread (or any other you like)
  • 200g crushed biscuits
  • 1\2 cup of condensed milk
  • 1\8 tsp salt
  • 20g melted butter
  • Silicon mold (any will work, but this will give you the same shape as mine)

Instructions:

  1. Sprinkle dried rose petals and crushed pistachios in a silicone mold.
  2. Melt white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, then pour it evenly into the mold.
  3. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix pistachio spread, biscuit crumbs, and condensed milk until combined.
  5. Press into the mold.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove the treats, smooth the edges, and enjoy!
