Yogurt Bagel

If you’ve got flour and yogurt, you’ve got to try this recipe; it’s quick, delicious, and super easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • 400g yoghurt
  • 350g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Topping: Everything bagel, sesame, caraway, or anything you like

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
    • If the dough is sticky, you can add a little flour
    • If the dough is dry, you can add a little water
  2. Cover and leave to rest for about an hour
  3. Heat the oven to 180C turbo
  4. Take a ball of dough, make a hole and widen the opening
  5. Dip in water and place on a tray with baking paper
  6. Sprinkle with topping (in my case, sesame seeds)
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes till golden
  8. Wait till it cools a little before slicing

Store in a pantry or bread box, and enjoy your bagels!

Bonus – Dill Garlic Butter:

Ingredients:

  • Packet of soft salted butter
  • Bunch of dill
  • 4-5 crushed garlic cloves

Ingredients:

  1. Take the butter out the fridge to soften
  2. Finely chop clean dill
  3. Crush garlic
  4. Mix well and enjoy!
