If you’ve got flour and yogurt, you’ve got to try this recipe; it’s quick, delicious, and super easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 400g yoghurt
- 350g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Topping: Everything bagel, sesame, caraway, or anything you like

Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- If the dough is sticky, you can add a little flour
- If the dough is dry, you can add a little water
- Cover and leave to rest for about an hour
- Heat the oven to 180C turbo
- Take a ball of dough, make a hole and widen the opening
- Dip in water and place on a tray with baking paper
- Sprinkle with topping (in my case, sesame seeds)
- Bake for about 20 minutes till golden
- Wait till it cools a little before slicing
Store in a pantry or bread box, and enjoy your bagels!

Bonus – Dill Garlic Butter:
Ingredients:
- Packet of soft salted butter
- Bunch of dill
- 4-5 crushed garlic cloves

Ingredients:
- Take the butter out the fridge to soften
- Finely chop clean dill
- Crush garlic
- Mix well and enjoy!
