Fast and festive, no baking required: Pink lady – the cake version.
Ingredients:
Base:
- 250g ground cracker or leftover cake
- 80g butter
Mousse Layer:
- 250g heavy cream
- 200g milk
- 50g sour cream
- 1 bag of strawberry flavored instant pudding
Topping:
- Sliced strawberries

Instructions:
- Melt butter in a pot and after add in the ground biscuits. Mix well
- Add the mixture to the bottom of a cake ring, pressing down well
- Put the mousse ingredients in a bowl and beat well until you get a thick, stable cream
- Put cream in the cake ring, ensuring it’s spread evenly
- Sprinkle with decorations and strawberries
- Enjoy!
For future storage, try keeping it in a cake stand till next time!
