Mousse and Strawberry Cake

Fast and festive, no baking required: Pink lady – the cake version.

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 250g ground cracker or leftover cake
  • 80g butter

Mousse Layer:

  • 250g heavy cream
  • 200g milk
  • 50g sour cream
  • 1 bag of strawberry flavored instant pudding

Topping:

  • Sliced strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a pot and after add in the ground biscuits. Mix well
  2. Add the mixture to the bottom of a cake ring, pressing down well
  3. Put the mousse ingredients in a bowl and beat well until you get a thick, stable cream
  4. Put cream in the cake ring, ensuring it’s spread evenly
  5. Sprinkle with decorations and strawberries
  6. Enjoy!

For future storage, try keeping it in a cake stand till next time!
