Mango-Jelly No-Bake Cheesecake

A delicious and simple mango treat that requires no baking!

Ingredients:

For the bottom:

  • 150g ground biscuits into thin crumbs
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 70g melted butter

For the cheese layer:

  • 375g whipped cream
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 60g vanilla pudding
  • 200g sour cream

For the jelly:

  • 1 jelly package
  • Fresh mango slices

Instructions:

  1. Mix the crumbs with sugar and butter and press them to the bottom of your plate and mold
  2. Put in the fridge to stabilize and prepare cheese layer in the meantime
  3. Mix whipped cream, powdered sugar, and pudding
  4. Mix in sour cream and pour over the biscuit layer
  5. Put in freezer for stabilization
  6. Prepare the jelly (be careful not to boil it! A temperature of 50C-60C should be reached)
  7. Allow jelly to cool to room temperature
  8. Arrange mango slices on the cheese layer
  9. Pour jelly over the slices
  10. Put in the fridge for at least 5 hours, or until the jelly stabilizes
