A delicious and simple mango treat that requires no baking!
Ingredients:
For the bottom:
- 150g ground biscuits into thin crumbs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 70g melted butter
For the cheese layer:
- 375g whipped cream
- 50g powdered sugar
- 60g vanilla pudding
- 200g sour cream
For the jelly:
- 1 jelly package
- Fresh mango slices

Instructions:
- Mix the crumbs with sugar and butter and press them to the bottom of your plate and mold
- Put in the fridge to stabilize and prepare cheese layer in the meantime
- Mix whipped cream, powdered sugar, and pudding
- Mix in sour cream and pour over the biscuit layer
- Put in freezer for stabilization
- Prepare the jelly (be careful not to boil it! A temperature of 50C-60C should be reached)
- Allow jelly to cool to room temperature
- Arrange mango slices on the cheese layer
- Pour jelly over the slices
- Put in the fridge for at least 5 hours, or until the jelly stabilizes
