Oreo White Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

A delicious treat perfect for Oreo fans!

Ingredients:

  • 16 crushed Oreo cookies + 6 broken cookies
  • 40g melted butter
  • 375ml cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 1.5 tbsp your favorite alcohol (I used St Remy Brandy)
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 100ml whipped cream
  • 4 Oreos for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and break them into coarse crumbs
  2. Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl
  3. Press the crust into your springform cake pan using a glass. Set aside
  4. Whip the cream, salt, and condensed milk together for a few seconds
  5. Transfer the mixture into an ice cream machine and churn for 15 minutes
  6. Once ready add 4 broken Oreo cookies to the ice cream and mix. Gently transfer to the dish
  7. Freeze for 2-3 hours
  8. Melt chocolate for 30 seconds in the microwave
  9. Add 100g whipped cream and combine
  10. Put on top of the ice cream layer and garnish with 2 broken Oreos
