A delicious treat perfect for Oreo fans!
Ingredients:
- 16 crushed Oreo cookies + 6 broken cookies
- 40g melted butter
- 375ml cream
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 can condensed milk
- 1.5 tbsp your favorite alcohol (I used St Remy Brandy)
- 100g white chocolate
- 100ml whipped cream
- 4 Oreos for garnish

Instructions:
- Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and break them into coarse crumbs
- Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a bowl
- Press the crust into your springform cake pan using a glass. Set aside
- Whip the cream, salt, and condensed milk together for a few seconds
- Transfer the mixture into an ice cream machine and churn for 15 minutes
- Once ready add 4 broken Oreo cookies to the ice cream and mix. Gently transfer to the dish
- Freeze for 2-3 hours
- Melt chocolate for 30 seconds in the microwave
- Add 100g whipped cream and combine
- Put on top of the ice cream layer and garnish with 2 broken Oreos
