Peach White Chocolate Crumble Cake

A perfect start to the weekend 🙂

Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 100g butter at room temperature
  • 150g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 125g cream cheese
  • 210g flour
  • 5g baking powder
  • 100g cream

For the peach squares:

  • 3 peaches
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Lemon zest
  • 50g sliced white chocolate

For the crumbs:

  • 100g brown sugar
  • 140g flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 100g butter
  • 130g almond flour
  • 50g oats

Instructions:

  1. Cut the peaches into cubes, and mix with the rest of the peach square ingredients. Keep to the side.
  2. Mix the crumbs ingredients together, and keep to the side
  3. Beat the cream cheese well; add eggs, salt, and sugar
  4. Gradually add butter and continue beating; add the cream and mix
  5. Add the rest of the dough ingredients and finally the flour – mix lightly
  6. Arrange the peaches on the top, then the white chocolate and finally sprinkle the crumbs over them
  7. Bake at 350F until golden
