Spread on a fresh salad, enjoyed with a beer, or snacked on as is, you won’t be able to stop eating them!
Ingredients:
- 140g pecans
- 140g walnuts
- 20g sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 3 sprigs of any chopped fresh herbs
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175C
- Mix the nuts with all other ingredients in a bowl
- Spread mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Stir a few times during the roasting process
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving
If you can’t eat them all in one sitting, store them in a container like a glass jar!
