Cant decide between a brownie and a blondie? This recipe combines chewy chocolate brownies and rich fudge blondies into a prefect blend of sweetness!
Ingredients:
Brownie Mix:
- 100g semi-sweet chocolate hcips
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 100g sugar
- 100g brown sugar
- 20g cocoa powder
- 50g flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Blondie Mix:
- 100g white chocolate chips
- 100g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 70g sugar
- 70g brown sugar
- 160g flour
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180C
Brownie:
- Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds
- Whip eggs and sugar in a separate bowl until pale (about 5-7 minutes)
- Gently fold the melted butter and chocolate with a spatula
- Sift in flour, salt, and cocoa powder, folding until combined
- Pour the batter into a prepared 7 inch/18 cm pan and smooth the top
Blondie:
- Melt the butter in the microwave
- In a separate bowl, whip eggs and sugar until pale, about 5-7 minutes
- Combine melted butter with the egg-sugar mixture
- Sift in flour and salt, then gently fold the mixture (do not overmix)
- Fold in white chocolate chips
Baking:
- Pour the blondie batter over the brownie batter and swirl them together without fully mixing
- Bake for about 30 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey
- Make sure to not overbake, as it will firm up while cooking
