A no-bake treat with crunchy puffed rice, pistachio spread, and smooth chocolate coating will satisfy your next craving!
Ingredients:
Rice Bar:
- 1.5 – 2 cups puffed rice
- 50g butter
- 2-3 tbsp pistachio spread
- Handful of marshmallows
Coating:
- 200g chocolate (melted with 1 tbsp oil)
- Garnish:
- Crushed pistachios
- Dried strawberries
- Dried rose leaves

Instructions:
- Melt butter and marshmallows in the microwave and mix with the pistachio spread
- Gently fold in puffed rice, then press into a lined tray
- Freeze for 1.5-2 hours until firm
- Melt the chocolate and oil in 30-second pulses in the microwave and stir well
- Cut base into bite-sized squares
- Dip each into melted chocolate
- Sprinkle with crushed pistachios, strawberries, and dried rose leaves
- Keep frozen between batches for clean cuts.
