Your next BBQ’s secret weapon! Fresh, zesty, and packed with flavour, it’s the perfect punch of flavour for steaks, grilled chicken, and roasted veggies!
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 sweet red pepper
- 1 or 2 hot chilis
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions:
- Chop the parsley, cilantro, peppers, and garlic finely
- Combine them in a jar with olive oil, vinegars, salt, and lemon juice
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (longer the better, overnight is the best)
- Too spicy? Not spicy enough? You can adjust the amount of chili for your tastes
