A simple bite sized treat that will take you no time or effort at all
Ingredients:
- Raspberries
- Pistachios (no shell)
- 200g white chocolate
- 10g coconut oil
- 50g pistachio spread

Instructions:
- Gently press one pistachio into the center of each raspberry
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate + coconut oil in 30-second pulses, stirring until smooth
- Dip each raspberry into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and freeze for 10 minutes
- Warm the pistachio spread slightly (10 seconds in the microwave) and drizzle over the raspberries for extra flair
- Chill in the fridge for 5 minutes to harden
