These phyllo rolls are filled with creamy pistachio-infused cream for an irresistible dessert treat!
Ingredients:
- 4 sheets prepared phyllo dough
- 2-3 tbsp oil (or melted butter)
- 200g cream cheese
- 150g whipping cream
- 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1.5 tbsp pistachio spread

Instructions:
- Lightly brush a thawed phyllo sheet with oil
- Cut into four strips, then roll each strip around an aluminum roll mold
- Bake at 350F for a few minutes until golden and crispy
- Whip cream cheese until smooth
- Add powdered sugar and continue whipping
- Gradually add whipping cream until fluffy
- Fold in pistachio spread (adjust sweetness if needed)
- Pipe the cream into each roll
- For added pistachio flavour, drizzle extra pistachio spread onto the rolls!
