Phyllo Rolls with Pistachio Cream Cheese

These phyllo rolls are filled with creamy pistachio-infused cream for an irresistible dessert treat!

Ingredients:

  • 4 sheets prepared phyllo dough
  • 2-3 tbsp oil (or melted butter)
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 150g whipping cream
  • 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp pistachio spread

Instructions:

  1. Lightly brush a thawed phyllo sheet with oil
  2. Cut into four strips, then roll each strip around an aluminum roll mold
  3. Bake at 350F for a few minutes until golden and crispy
  4. Whip cream cheese until smooth
  5. Add powdered sugar and continue whipping
  6. Gradually add whipping cream until fluffy
  7. Fold in pistachio spread (adjust sweetness if needed)
  8. Pipe the cream into each roll
    • For added pistachio flavour, drizzle extra pistachio spread onto the rolls!
