Goat Cheese & Bacon Tomato Tart

An effortlessly elegant tart that’s perfect for impressing guests or whipping up a gourmet weeknight dinner in minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Strips of cooked bacon
  • 10-15 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • Goat cheese (plain or herbed)
  • Basil
  • Chive

Instructions:

  1. Thaw puff pastry overnight in the fridge or for 40 minutes at room temperature
  2. Unfold the sheet, and top with goat cheese, bacon, then arrange tomatoes, basil, and chives
  3. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
