Ingredients:
Dough:
- 350g flour
- 200g soft butter
- 2 large eggs
- 140g sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 10g baking powder
Cream:
- 485ml cream (38%)
- 100g sugar
- 1 instant vanilla pudding
- 500g blended 4% cottage cheese
- 210ml milk

Instructions:
- Mix all dough ingredients until soft and smooth
- Press 2/3 into a pan, flatten the rest on a tray. Bake at 330F for 20 minutes. Cool
- Whip cream ingredients into soft peaks
- Spread over the baked crust, crumble the remaining dough on top
- Chill overnight and enjoy!
