Cottage Cheesecake Crumble

Perfect for cheesecake lovers that crave the dreamy combo of soft cream and crispy crumble. And, as a bonus, it’s packed with protein!

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 350g flour
  • 200g soft butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 140g sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 10g baking powder

Cream:

  • 485ml cream (38%)
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 instant vanilla pudding
  • 500g blended 4% cottage cheese
  • 210ml milk

Instructions:

  1. Mix all dough ingredients until soft and smooth
  2. Press 2/3 into a pan, flatten the rest on a tray. Bake at 330F for 20 minutes. Cool
  3. Whip cream ingredients into soft peaks
  4. Spread over the baked crust, crumble the remaining dough on top
  5. Chill overnight and enjoy!

When serving to guests, feel free to use a cake stand to help this cake stand out even more!
