Quick chocolate truffle balls to make with your kids, because life should be delicious, fun, and always served with extra sprinkles!
Ingredients:
- 400g biscuits (or any leftover mix of biscuits and crumbled cake)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 150g butter
- 200g chocolate
- Chocolate sprinkles
- White chocolate chips for eyes
- Optional: 2 tbsp brandy/liqueur of choice

Instructions:
- Crush the biscuits into crumbs (can use a food processor)
- Combine butter, cocoa, sugar, coffee, brandy, and milk in a pot. Bring to a boil while stirring. Continue cooking until all the butter melts
- Remove from the heat and pour the mixture over the biscuit crumbs. Mix well (if too wet, add some crumbs)
- Shape the mixture into balls and refrigerate
- Mel the chocolate in the microwave. Dip the balls in chocolate, coat with sprinkles, and add two eyes
- Refrigerate until firm and store chilled.
