Dubai Chocolate

Super easy and incredibly delicious, you have to experience this sensational snack for yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 handfuls of finely chopped Kadaif hairs
  • 2 heaping tbsp pistachio spread
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100g chocolate
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions:

  1. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the kadaif until golden. Allow it to cool well
  2. Mix with pistachio spread and a pinch of salt
  3. Melt chocolate with a teaspoon of oil in pulses of 30 seconds in the microwave
  4. Line the insides of a silicone mold with the chocolate – the silicone mold helps for quick and easy removal
  5. Chill for 3-5 minutes in the freezer
  6. Fill the holes with the kadaif mixture
  7. Close with melted chocolate and return to freezer
