Super easy and incredibly delicious, you have to experience this sensational snack for yourself!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 handfuls of finely chopped Kadaif hairs
- 2 heaping tbsp pistachio spread
- Pinch of salt
- 100g chocolate
- 1 tsp oil

Instructions:
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the kadaif until golden. Allow it to cool well
- Mix with pistachio spread and a pinch of salt
- Melt chocolate with a teaspoon of oil in pulses of 30 seconds in the microwave
- Line the insides of a silicone mold with the chocolate – the silicone mold helps for quick and easy removal
- Chill for 3-5 minutes in the freezer
- Fill the holes with the kadaif mixture
- Close with melted chocolate and return to freezer
